Tubular micro-filtration membranes modules were consist of several inner high density PE tubes and shell. The tubular crossflow microfiltration membrane systems are designed to remove selected inorganic, organic, or heavy metal contaminants to meet the regulatory compliance and/or water recycle objectives. They provide nominal 0.1 micron filtration, require no polymer addition, and typically require less operator attention than clarification systems. A robust industrial wastewater treatment system, our tubular microfiltration is the perfect pretreatment for a reverse osmosis water recycling system. A two-step process makes our microfiltration systems more efficient and reliable than conventional treatment methods. First, chemical pre-treatment converts the contaminants to filterable particulates and mitigates fouling effects. Next, membrane microfiltration accomplishes physical separation of the particles.
